Shipping Info
Please remember to include your name and delivery address when purchasing the CD. If you forgot, please send us an email to info@emergermusic.com with your details.

We use the Aramex Store-to-Door courier service for the shipping of our CD. Please see the following link: www.aramex.co.za/store_to_door_courier/ and the FAQ's on that page.

Delivery times after dispatch:
Sub Saharan Africa - 3 working days
Middle East, Europe and UK - 4 working days
Canada, Mexico, USA, - 5 working days
Rest of World - 6 working days
Return Policy
If the disc is broken, please send an email to info@emergermusic.com including a photo of the broken disc. We will refund or send you a new copy.
Please note: as CD jewel cases can sometimes break easily, we cannot refund or send new copies if the jewel case is broken. The costs of this exercise is much greater than just buying a new clear jewel case at your local computer store and replacing our booklet and CD artwork yourself.
